I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the historical town centre. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early in the morning and provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the sauna and breakfast buffet.

The breakfast buffet is great with the option to request different frames. The location of the hotel is quite ideal, with a pleasant walk from the park to the historical town center. The sauna facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the restaurant offers good food for a reasonable price.
The pool and spa facilities did not meet the high standards advertised by the hotel, and the Wi-Fi can be unreliable at times.

My stay at this hotel was full of luxurious touches. The private facilities were exceptional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was superb from beginning to end, taking care of my every need. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main park with stunning views.
The only minor issue I encountered was the fluctuating Wi-Fi connection. It went off and on a few times, but it did not detract from my experience overall.

Spent Christmas here and it was wonderful. The decor was so festive and the staff was friendly. Loved the giant "tree" made out of lights in the lobby and the special holiday treats offered at breakfast. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and all of the beautiful colonial architecture. The best part was the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and the mountains in the distance. We enjoyed sipping drinks while watching the sunset.
The pool area was a bit disappointing, and could use some improvement. The water was cold and the pool itself was small.

The room was cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities we required during our New Year's stay. the hotel location was convenient since it was in proximity to some restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel offered a variety of activities that we could participate in as a new year's eve party that was great fun.
The hotel's amenities were severely underwhelming. the spa was dirty and unusable, the pool water was cold and unpleasant, and the staff was unhelpful and unenthusiastic.
